This MSNBC host, who I will permit to remain nameless, is obsessed with dragging Romney down.  Phil Musser is a great surrogate here, passionately explaining the story of Romney shutting down Bain Capital and moving it to New York to search for the missing daughter of one of the partners of the firm.

Melissa Harris-Perry wants to focus the viewers on companies being shut down by Bain, instead of on the fact that Bain Capital was in the private equity business.  Although it seems as if she doesn’t know what private equity firms do: shutting down companies is only one aspect of the business.  As usual she is off the mark and foolish in her comments.

For the hardcore left, nothing that Romney has ever done will be enough to win their votes.  But for people hurting in an Obama economic wasteland, his ideas will certainly prove interesting.
