BREAKING: New Black Panthers arraigned on Fed charges for attempted pipe bomb purchase in #Ferguson

UPDATED:

Tonight the leader of the St. Louis chapter of the New Black Panther Party Olajuwon Ali and Member Brandon Baldwin were arraigned on Federal charges in the court of US Magistrate Tom Mummert for trying to purchase pipe bombs. Undercover FBI agents caught the two in preparations to destroy the arch by blowing it up as a sign of white racial oppression as well as killing as many cops as they could during the impending unrest in Ferguson after the grand jury decision is announced. They were arrested this morning.

The men are being held on Attempt to Make Weapons Straw Purchase and Aiding and Abetting a Straw Purchase. The two men wanted to purchase up to ten pipe bombs, but settled on three. The two men have confessed to wanting to kill Prosecutor Bob McCullough, and as many policemen as possible. Their detention hearing is set for next week to consider elevating the charges from Attempt to possess an explosive divide to attempt to possess a Weapon of Mass Destruction. I earlier reported that this was the charge, but have had an update. There is concern over charging the men with Attempting to Possess a Weapon of Mass Destruction, as it would elevate the case to the Federal level and would then be handled by the Department of Justice. Not exactly an agency known for dealing strongly with the New Black Panthers.

Police officers with the St. Louis City Police Department were instructed by the White House and Attorney General Holder’s DOJ not to speak with reporters and media.

Here are some of the Olajuwon Ali’s radicalized Facebook postings:

Olajuwon Ali also teaches classes on “Lessons of Law”.

This flies in the face of comments made earlier today by County Executive Charley Dooley that there are no major safety concerns posed by the upcoming grand jury announcement.

I reached out to the St. Louis Police Department‘s Chief Dodson for comment, as of this posting I’ve not heard back.

KMOV has now picked up the story.

EBOLA

Why the Federal Government has a Credibility Problem

by Jim Sharp, PCP
Vice President & Chief Training Officer
Aegis Emergency Management

“There is no cause for alarm if precautions are observed.” Sounds familiar, right? But it’s not a quote about the current Ebola outbreak. It’s a quote from Rupert Blue, the then Surgeon General of the United States, regarding the 1918 “Spanish Flu” influenza pandemic. At the time he said that, influenza and its complications had killed 4597 people just in the city of Philadelphia and just during the week of October 16th, 1918. By the time it was “over” it had killed approximately 675,000 Americans.

Ebola won’t do that – at least not here and not as it presently exists – but people don’t believe what they’re being told for a lot of the same reasons, first among those being the apparent inability of the Federal government to do even the simplest things. Here’s what I mean: The first confirmed Ebola patient was admitted to the hospital on September 28th, confirmed to have Ebola on September 30th and passed away on October 8th, but it was not UNTIL October 8th that the Federal government announced its plans to increase the level of screening at airports receiving flights from West Africa. That “enhanced” screening – which consists basically of taking temperatures and asking a few questions – did not go into effect until October 11th (the same day the 2nd Ebola case was confirmed) and even then it only took effect at one airport. The other airports did not even begin their enhanced screening until October 16th.

Seriously, how long does it take (or how long should it take) to buy a bunch of thermometers and teach people how to use them? Most American parents learn that in about 30 seconds. Schools routinely ask parents to keep a sick child at home, but as a country we can’t (or won’t) institute a travel ban from regions where an outbreak with a 50%-70% mortality rate is raging? And yes, most people do indeed see that disparity and that’s the root of the government’s credibility problem. The common-sense things that they ask us to do, or that we would do as a matter of course, are not being done at the very highest levels.

Case in point: the recent announcement that military members returning from service in the epidemic area will be held in isolation for the length of the Ebola incubation period (generally agreed upon as 21 days maximum). Why require isolation of military personnel, but not of civilians returning from the very same areas?

And the credibility coup de grace for me personally was the CDC Emergency Partners conference call I participated in on October 23rd. The CDC doctor leading the call started by giving the then-current morbidity and mortality figures (which as of 10/22 were 9901 confirmed cases and 4865 fatal cases, for a mortality rate of about 49%), then followed up with a list of what he termed “challenges” to containing the virus in West Africa. Some of the challenges he mentioned included lack of medical infrastructure, fear and superstition, and porous borders – which sort of begged the question: If the CDC acknowledges porous borders as a challenge to containment, why are our own borders allowed to remain open?

Look at it this way – if you knew with a high degree of certainty that your car was going to catch fire after you got home from work, would you leave it parked on the street or would you go ahead and bring it into your garage, secure in your belief that you’d be able to detect and extinguish the fire before it spread to your home and family . . .

Missouri November Ballot Measures: Voter Guide #SOTR

Missouri November Ballot Measures: Voter Guide #SOTR

November Election Voter Guide

The Missouri Secretary of State lists the following measures up for a vote on November 4th.  I have my recommendations after each proposal in bold type.  Don’t forget to select a paper ballot when you vote!!  See you at the polls.

Official Ballot Title  Constitutional Amendment 2  [full text

[Proposed by the 97th General Assembly (First Regular Session) HJR 16]

Official Ballot Title:

Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended so that it will be permissible to allow relevant evidence of prior criminal acts to be admissible in prosecutions for crimes of a sexual nature involving a victim under eighteen years of age?

If more resources are needed to defend increased prosecutions additional costs to governmental entities could be at least $1.4 million annually, otherwise the fiscal impact is expected to be limited.

Fair Ballot Language:

“yes” vote will amend the Missouri Constitution to allow evidence of prior criminal acts, whether charged or uncharged, to be considered by courts in prosecutions of sexual crimes that involve a victim under eighteen years of age.  The amendment limits the use of such prior acts to support the victim’s testimony or show that the person charged is more likely to commit the crime.  Further, the judge may exclude such prior acts if the value of considering them is substantially outweighed by the possibility of unfair prejudice to the person charged with committing the crime.

“no” vote will not amend the Missouri Constitution regarding the use of evidence of prior criminal acts to prosecute sexual crimes.

If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.

Voting Yes on this one.  Juries often allow much more leeway if they think the incident is a child molester’s first offense.  This amendment would permit them to consider the totality of convictions for crimes against children.

Official Ballot Title  Constitutional Amendment 3  [full text

[Proposed by Initiative Petition]

Official Ballot Title:

Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to:

  • require teachers to be evaluated by a standards based performance evaluation system for which each local school district must receive state approval to continue receiving state and local funding;
  • require teachers to be dismissed, retained, demoted, promoted and paid primarily using quantifiable student performance data as part of the evaluation system;
  • require teachers to enter into contracts of three years or fewer with public school districts; and
  • prohibit teachers from organizing or collectively bargaining regarding the design and implementation of the teacher evaluation system?

Decisions by school districts regarding provisions allowed or required by this proposal and their implementation will influence the potential costs or savings impacting each district. Significant potential costs may be incurred by the state and/or the districts if new/additional evaluation instruments must be developed to satisfy the proposal’s performance evaluation requirements.

Fair Ballot Language:

yes” vote will amend the Missouri Constitution to require teachers to be evaluated by a standards based performance evaluation system. Each system must receive state approval in order for the local school district to continue receiving state and local funding. Teachers will be dismissed, retained, demoted, promoted and paid primarily using quantifiable student performance data as part of the evaluation system. The amendment further requires teachers to enter into contracts of three years or fewer with public school districts, with exceptions. The amendment also prohibits teachers from organizing or collectively bargaining regarding the design and implementation of the teacher evaluation system.

“no” vote will not amend the Missouri Constitution regarding teacher contracts and performance evaluation systems.

If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.

Recommend a vote of No on Amendment 3.  This weakens local control.  Elected School Board Members and school administrators  that directly held accountable by voters should make decisions of this nature at the local level.

Official Ballot Title  Constitutional Amendment 6  [full text

[Proposed by the 97th General Assembly (Second Regular Session) SS SCS HCS HJR 90]

Official Ballot Title:

Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to permit voting in person or by mail for a period of six business days prior to and including the Wednesday before the election day in general elections, but only if the legislature and the governor appropriate and disburse funds to pay for the increased costs of such voting?

State governmental entities estimated startup costs of about $2 million and costs to reimburse local election authorities of at least $100,000 per election. Local election authorities estimated higher reimbursable costs per election. Those costs will depend on the compensation, staffing, and, planning decisions of election authorities with the total costs being unknown.

Fair Ballot Language:

“yes” vote will amend the Missouri Constitution to permit voters, in years when the legislature provides funding, an early voting period of six business days prior to and including the Wednesday before election day to cast a ballot in all general elections. This amendment does not allow early voting on Saturday or Sunday.

“no” vote will not amend the Missouri Constitution to provide all voters with a six-business day early voting period.

If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.

Voting No on Amendment 6.  I disagree that this measure will have no impact on taxes if passed.  The projected cost of running early voting listed in the Official Ballot Title language, will be passed on to taxpayers  necessitating additional funding measures which are — wait for it, taxes!

Official Ballot Title  Constitutional Amendment 10  [full text

[Proposed by the 97th General Assembly (Second Regular Session) HJR 72]

Official Ballot Title:

Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to require the governor to pay the public debt, to prohibit the governor from relying on revenue from legislation not yet passed when proposing a budget, and to provide a legislative check on the governor’s decisions to restrict funding for education and other state services?

State governmental entities expect no direct costs or savings. Local governmental entities expect an unknown fiscal impact.

Fair Ballot Language:

“yes” vote will amend the Missouri Constitution regarding the requirements placed on the governor for proposing a state budget and for withholding money appropriated in the budget passed by the legislature. This amendment prohibits the governor from reducing funding passed by the general assembly without receiving legislative consent, and provides certain other restrictions on the governor’s ability to increase or decrease line items in the budget. This amendment further prohibits the governor from proposing a budget that relies on revenue from legislation that has not yet passed in the general assembly.

“no” vote will not amend the Missouri Constitution regarding the requirements placed on the governor for proposing a state budget and for withholding money appropriated in the budget passed by the legislature.

If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.

Yes on Amendment 10.  This is a much-needed Amendment.  Governor Nixon has made a habit of withholding funds from education leaving school districts in the lurch.  While this is essentially a battle between a governor and an opposing legislature, the amendment prevents future governors of any party using from this technique.

Commemorative ‘Yes We Can’ Build a Firearm Product

We would like to thank President Barrack Obama for being the distinguished firearms industry spokesman and salesmen of all time. We are now producing what we believe he would really want in an “Blaster.”

Much like Marvin, Barry is believed to be an alien and also was in possession of an illudium Q-36 explosive space modulator. Unfortunately for us, Barry believes that the United States is not only blocking his view of Venus, but is also blocking his social and political views with our pesky Constitution. Luckily, after 2,000 years of research and when he was finally ready to use the Illudium Q-36 explosive space modulator to destroy the Constitution and the United States, Bugs Bunny saved the day and destroyed this device!

If good ol’ Barry had been in possession of a “blaster” such as this, maybe things would have been different for Bugsy. It might have actually been Rabbit season.

In either case we proudly introduce “Obama’s Blaster.”
(We do not think Barrack Obama actually endorses this product and the entire write up is a very clear case of Parody for the purpose of symbolic speech).

You gotta love that!!!

Status Update
By Stacy on the Right Show
A word to the wise:
Yesterday I posted a pic with crosshairs and according to some on this page I want to kill people, hate black people and have gone too far. How many of you have spoken out in your real life circles about how far down the left has driven this country? How many of you that think I’m out of line for using a picture as a euphemism for targeting liars and those that pervert God’s word and leading the flock astray with lies and deceit are willing to take a strong stance for the truth or better yet, your faith?

I don’t have time for those that wish to stand idly by and criticize a picture meme, instead of getting in the trenches and changing some minds for the betterment of this country and still better for Christ.

The truth is offensive. And just so you don’t get it twisted, here is what God himself says about those that twist the Bible and lead his flock astray:

Jeremiah 23:1-2 ESV
“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!” declares the Lord. Therefore thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the shepherds who care for my people: “You have scattered my flock and have driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for your evil deeds, declares the Lord.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 ESV
For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

2 Peter 2:1-3 ESV
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.

There are more pertinent scriptures, but you get the drift. My post of a crosshair meme is NOTHING compared to the wrath that Holy God has in store for those that practice the deception of Sharpton and Jackson.

Check yourself. If you don’t want to be offended, you might be on the wrong page.

Why I think another terrorist attack could be imminent

Why I think another terrorist attack could be imminent

By Melissa Skinner

When I was nine, I watched to two airplanes crash into the World Trade Center in New York City. My young eyes saw people running in terror through the streets and for a moment, the entire world stopped. Most adults did not think children understood what exactly happened on one of the most heart-wrenching days in U.S. history however, my young brain fully comprehended the impact. For the first time since Pearl Harbor, the land of the free and the home of the brave was under attack, and it occurred without a moments notice.

In a press conference on Thursday, President Obama admitted he currently has no strategy when it comes to the ISIS problem. He relayed to reporters that he would continue to consult with congress and the American people about any action he would want to take in Syria.

According to Breitbart he said, “I do not want to put the cart before the horse,” he said. “We do not have a strategy yet.” He also said that the mayhem in Syria is a political issue and not an exclusive military issue. Lastly, he admitted the U.S. is currently doing nothing to solve the Ukrainian problem even though the entire world knows Vladamir Putin is acting aggressively.

After unloading his zero action policy, Obama packed his bags and headed north for a few Democratic fundraisers leaving many Americans puzzled. ISIS is no longer a possibility or a figment of our imagination. They are a real group that has existed for a long time, and we are only learning about them now.

Fox News reported this week that a laptop was recently recovered from an Islamic State Jihadist containing secret plans including, using the bubonic plague as a weapon and lessons on bombing vehicles.

However, the most chilling files were those indicating the computers owner, who was identified as a Tunisian national Muhammed S. who joined ISIS in Syria. According to Fox News, “He was teaching himself how to manufacture biological weapons, in preparation for a potential attack that could have been catastrophic on a global scale. “

The document Muhammed was constructing on his laptop said, “ The advantage of biological weapons is that they do not cost a lot of money, while the human casualties can be huge.”

If we have all of this information indicating that there are plans to attack the U.S. why is little action being taken against ISIS? On Sept. 11 2001, the U.S. was turned upside down. When President Bush declared war against the terrorists, he received criticism. When Obama was elected, his entire goal was to eliminate Iraq and Syria from the equation in order to gain the presidential office. However, the only thing he has managed to do as President is create more chaos with his continuous inaction and little knowledge of exactly what is going on.

Can I say for sure there will be another terrorist attack in the U.S.? No. However, I can say without hesitation that if we do not step up as a nation, leadership wise, we face the possibility of experiencing another Sept. 11. Will it take reliving the same day at a different time and place for our country to wake up and realize if you have little action, you will pay the consequences? I hope not.

The story behind Obama’s use of ISIL instead of ISIS

The story behind Obama’s use of ISIL instead of ISIS

By Melissa Skinner

Before hurrying back to the golf course, President Obama has managed to address the country this week about the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) however, instead of referring to the terrorist organization as ISIS, he has referred to them as ISIL, which stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant, numerous times during his speech on Thursday.

According to the Fiscal Times, both ISIS and ISIL describe the same murderous organization, but ISIL encompasses an area far greater than Iraq and Syria. In total, ISIL occupies the island of Cyprus, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and a part of southern Turkey.

The question is then asked why would the President rather refer to the terrorist organization as ISIL instead of ISIS. According to the Fiscal Times, “An army of that territorial magnitude takes the focus off of the two countries (Iraq and Syria) that many believe define Obama’s continued failure in the Middle East.” In other words, he is trying to eliminate the connection between the chaos in Iraq with the U.S. inaction in Syria.

The beheading of American journalist James Foley is not the first time we have heard about ISIS. One month ago, it was released that they were committing a Christian Holocaust in Iraq slaughtering thousands and beheading children. When the story finally leaked nationally, Obama was quick to act initiating air strikes on the terrorist organization. Another question to be asked is why it took so long for the U.S. to respond to the needs of the believers in Iraq? When it is an American, people seem to care much more and that should not be the case. Every human life is important and nationality should not be a factor.

According to Fox News, “ Top U.S. military brass and former administration officials are publicly pressuring the White House to consider taking the fight against ISIS into Syria”, which again explains Obama’s consistent use of the term ISIL.

“ISIL is as sophisticated and well-funded as any group that we have seen. They are beyond just a terrorist group,” Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said on Thursday. He added at the end of his speech that the U.S. needs to “Get ready.”

The U.S should have been preparing for the threat of ISIS during the Syrian conflict. President Obama’s continuous inaction should not continue to go unnoticed. Our eyes have only witnessed the horrific execution of Foley. Although it is extremely riveting photograph, he is not the only person ISIS has murdered. Imagine seeing a photograph of every person they have slaughtered. The media would not have the time in a day to tell every story.

As a country, we have become relaxed and content to let the nonsense continue in our government. If our founding fathers were alive today, would they be playing golf or would they be taking serious action to make sure lives were spared? We all know the answer to that question but what are we going to do to change the corruption and make a difference?

#Ferguson Police Chief: We’ve been shot at every night

Right off the bat I’m against the ramping up of SWAT team type home invasions arrests and the increasingly menacing use of military type vehicles by local police departments.

That being said, what do you expect when so called peaceful protesters are firing shotguns at police every night?

By shooting at the police, the criminal element in Ferguson is giving actual legitimate protesters a bad name.
